Return & Exchange Condition
What is our Return Policy?
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unwashed, unworn and unused items with tag and hygiene strips still attached on purchased swimwear may be returned for exchange or store credit up to 15 days from the shipped date. Store credit is valid for 90 days from date of receipt. After 15 days of the shipped date and you have not notified customer service, it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Returned orders postmarked within 15 days from your shipment date will receive free return shipping.
Return label will be voided after 15 days from the date printed. Free return label is only valid for domestic United States and only 1 time per order.
Is it easy to return items?
Please notify customer service of the exchange at email@example.com with a note of your full name and order number and we will provide you a prepaid shipping label and return address of our office in Los Angeles, California.
Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Immediately contact email@example.com. If your item has NOT been fulfilled, a full refund will be given.

We do not ship on weekends. Operating hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-5:00PM (PST).
Can I return Final Sale Items?
Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

*Items are pre-ordered due to the handiwork of each pieces. Every item is handmade in Bali where each piece is sewn with quality and care. From the pattern to the finished product, WILDKAT BIKINIS delivers you imported fabrics and custom hardware. We promise you, it’ll be worth the wait!
